1.2- In the case of an order addressed to a country outside mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s). For all goods sent outside the European union and french islands the price will automatically be calculated excluding taxes on the bill. Orders can be made on the internet site : www.deco-montagne.com, by fax or by post.

CLAUSE 3 VALIDATION

Until contrary proof is given, the figures registered by www.deco-montagne SARL BAJEUX are the proof of all transactions between www.decomontagne.com and the clients.

CLAUSE 4 AVAILABILITY

The items and prices we offer are valid as long as they are still visible on the site, until stocks last.

For the products which are not stocked in our warehouses , the items and prices we offer are subject to availability at our suppliers.

In this case, you will be given some indication on available stocks when you are ordering. The stock availability is given directly by suppliers therefore mistakes can exceptionally exist.

If you have ordered a product which is no longer available you will be sent an email as soon as possible.

CLAUSE 5 DELIVERY

The goods are delivered to the address you indicated when passing the order. The delays shown are an average and correspond to the necessary delays handling and delivering the goods.

In cases of items deliverable within a different delay because of their availability, the delay is based upon the longest delivery delay sofar. The internet site www.deco-montagne.com SARL BAJEUX reserves the possibility of splitting up the deliveries.

The contribution to handling and carriage costs will be billed for only one consignment.

SARL BAJEUX will not be held responsable for the consequences of a delay of consignment. All items not sent before 30 days following the order is cancelled unless otherwise stated.You will be notified via email if a delivery is late.

CLAUSE 6 PAYMENT

The payment of your purchases is done :

- either by credit card: Visa, Mastercard.

CLAUSE 7- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

7.1 You have 7 days from the day you receive your product to return it if you are not satisfied.

In this case, carriage costs to return the product are at your expense. Only the price(s) of the product(s) will be refunded.

You must return the product to: Sarl Bajeux DECO MONTAGNE, 321 route des Bossons 74400 CHAMONIX with registered post and an acknowledgement of receipt.

The product must be in its original packaging, whole, in perfect condition and with a copy of the bill.

7.2The money back policy does not include materials cut to fit. Items which are returned incomplete, damaged or dirtied by the client are not taken back.

CLAUSE 8 CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCTS

We commit ourselves to refund or to exchange any product which does not suit your order.

In this case, we kindly ask you to write a detailed explanation and to send back the product(s).SARL BAJEUX DECO MONTAGNE will proceed to exchange or reimburse the product.

Carriage costs will be refunded on the basis of the price that you were billed.

CLAUSE 9 REFUND

Refunds on products will be given within 15 days after receptioning the products. Reimbursement will be either by means of a bank transfer or by bank cheque in the name of the client who made the order and sent to the billing address.

SARL Bajeux cannot be held responsible for breach of contract if work cannot be concluded due to postal or transport strikes, fire or flooding.
